Cities We Work In

We are based in Haltom City and drive to jobs across Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Collin and Johnson counties. Each city below has its own page with what the houses there tend to need, the neighborhoods we work in, and how the local permit process runs.

Tarrant County

  • Haltom City. Home base. Half the houses here went up before 1980, so opening a closed kitchen is our most common call.
  • Fort Worth. From Fairmount bungalows to Alliance-area two-stories, the biggest spread of house ages we work in.
  • North Richland Hills. Mostly 1970s and 1980s brick ranches, plus the newer HomeTown streets on the southeast side.
  • Keller. Two-story houses from the 1980s through the 2000s that are ready for new kitchens, baths and floors.
  • Southlake. Large 1990s houses on big lots where the job is usually finish upgrades and additions, not layout fixes.
  • Arlington. 1970s and 1980s neighborhoods around Lake Arlington, Interlochen and Woodland West with kitchens that want opening up.

Johnson County

  • Burleson. More than half the housing stock is post-2000, so garage conversions and finish upgrades lead the list.
  • Cleburne. The oldest houses on our list, with a downtown historic district and full renovations from the studs out.

Dallas County

  • Dallas. Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Oak Cliff and East Dallas, where a third of the houses date from before 1970.

Collin County

  • Frisco. Four out of five houses built after 2000. Media rooms, garage conversions and kitchen refreshes.
  • Plano. Half of Plano was built in the 1980s and 1990s, and those kitchens and master baths are due.

Denton County

  • Denton. Historic streets west of the courthouse square, 1970s ranches, and a big run of 2000s subdivisions.

Other Places We Take Jobs

We also work in Watauga, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Richland Hills, Colleyville, Grapevine, Saginaw, Benbrook, Crowley, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Irving, Lewisville, Flower Mound, McKinney, Allen, Weatherford, and in the smaller towns between them. If your city is not listed, call and ask. If it is a reasonable drive from Haltom City, the answer is usually yes.

How Distance Changes the Job

Inside Tarrant County the walk-through is a short drive for us. For Dallas, Collin and Denton County jobs we group walk-throughs by area and keep the crew on site once demo begins, so the drive does not stretch the schedule. The written scope is the same either way: materials named, allowances stated as numbers, and one crew from demo through paint.

Service Area Questions

Do you charge extra for jobs outside Tarrant County?
The scope is priced the same way everywhere. Travel shows up as a schedule decision, not a line item: we group far jobs so the crew stays on site once demo begins rather than driving back and forth every day.
How far from Haltom City will you go?
Our regular cities run from Cleburne in the south to Denton in the north and Plano and Frisco to the northeast. Weatherford to the west and McKinney to the east are the practical edges. Call about anything in between.
Is the process different in each city?
The permit step is. Each city runs its own building department with its own portal and inspection schedule, and a few have extra rules like contractor registration or an asbestos survey. We handle that part. Your side of the process is the same.
Can you look at a house I am about to buy?
Yes. Owners do this before closing on older houses in Fort Worth, Dallas and Cleburne. We walk it, tell you what the kitchen and baths would take, and give you a scope you can carry into the purchase decision.
