How a Job Runs

Walk-through
We come to the house, look at the rooms and listen to what you want changed. Measurements and photos happen on that visit.

Scope and estimate
You get a written scope with the materials listed, so you know what is included before anything is torn out.

Demo and rough-in
Old cabinets, tile or walls come out. Plumbing, electrical and framing changes happen while everything is open.
- 4
Finish work
Drywall, texture, tile, cabinets, counters, flooring, trim and paint, in that order, by the same crew.
