How the Estimate Works
We come to the house, walk the rooms with you, measure and take photos. You get a written scope that lists the work and the materials, with allowances stated as numbers so there are no surprises about what is included.
What to Have Ready
- Photos of kitchens or bathrooms you like. Cabinet color, counter, tile and hardware are most of the look.
- Any layout ideas: walls you want gone, an island where the peninsula is, a tub that becomes a shower.
- Your timeline, if you have one. Holidays and school schedules matter for a kitchen.
What Happens Next
If the scope works for you, we set a start date and line up plumbing and electrical rough-in on the same schedule. Demo starts on the day we agreed, and the same crew stays on the job through paint.
